Take the Challenge
The challenge: try observing the Sabbath for four weeks. Participate in a variety of activities, such as:
- Reading
- Writing
- Bushwalking
- A picnic with family in nature
- Visiting friends, or someone who is sick or lonely
- Visit a Sabbath-keeping church
While taking a break from day-to-day activities such as:
- Working
- Shopping
- Media consumption
